**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing sustainable relationships with companies, positioning Clara as the leading spend management company, and driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans with partners to drive business growth
- Manage and prospect new companies to expand Clara's customer base
- Develop sell-in, sell-out, and portfolio analysis to optimize business performance
- Serve as the commercial contact with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience working as a Key Account Manager (KAM) or Customer Success Manager (CSM) in a B2B model
- Structured thinking and high focus on results
- English professional proficiency
- Innovator soul and receptive to changes
- Experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector is a plus
- Ability to develop strong relationships at the C-level of enterprise companies
