About the Role
Nutanix is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer retention and subscription renewals for Nutanix customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on maximizing the value from Nutanix solutions
- Work closely with regional sales organization and Renewal Quote Representatives to maximize renewal revenue and renewal rate
- Collaborate with Field Sales Account Managers and Systems Engineers to focus on overall adoption and utilization of customer portfolios
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans aligned with Nutanix account teams
- Drive the design of tailored optimization plans based on comprehensive understanding of customer needs and challenges
About the Team
The Nutanix Customer Success team is part of a broader ecosystem of functions focused on product adoption, renewals, retention, and accelerating revenue growth. You will be closely integrated with our internal Global Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Support organizations, as well as the growing Nutanix customer, partner, and distributor community in your region.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Experience and successful track record with a renewal and recurring revenue model
- Knowledge of technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud, and networking
- Advanced English level (written and spoken language)
