**About the Role**
As a Sales and Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective onboarding of Moove drivers. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new leads, managing the sales pipeline, converting successful drivers, and ensuring they have a best-in-class vehicle pickup experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional in-person support to drivers during the customer acquisition and onboarding stages of their lifecycle.
- Walk drivers through the onboarding process and equip them with the necessary tools to succeed.
- Ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) standards are upheld.
- Develop and leverage local tools and CRM systems to optimize funnel management.
- Collaborate with our Platform partner to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.
- Monitor and improve conversion, contact, and churn rates.
**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, operations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales/account management or less if you are an overachiever (proven track record).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience in using CRM systems.
- Proven ability to manage high-performing sales or account management teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization and externally.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
