Sales Manager Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager at Michael Page International México Reclutamiento Especializado S.A. De C.V, you will be responsible for the relationship with current customers. This includes generating new leads through prospecting potential customers and identifying needs to develop proposals with value-added services. You will also be accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients, coordinating internal areas to meet day-to-day or new requirements, and meeting clients to maintain and grow business relationships. Additionally, you will oversee line renewals and legal changes, introduce new products & services with existing clients to enhance profitability, and present new products to prospects and clients once rolled out.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through prospecting potential customers
Identify needs and develop proposals with value-added services
Coordinate end-to-end sales process for new customer onboarding
Accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients
Coordinate internal areas to meet day-to-day or new requirements
Meet clients to maintain and grow business relationships
Oversee line renewals and legal changes
Introduce new products & services with existing clients to enhance profitability
Present new products to prospects and clients once rolled out

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant business experience
Post-Secondary Education preferred BA/BS
Proficient in English language is a must (both written and oral)
Experience within the vehicle management or a related financial/asset-based industry is preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% of time depending on client portfolio and location
Willingness to learn and capable of adjusting to a fast-paced & changing environment
Strong communication skills (oral and written), influencing, and relationship-building skills
World-class negotiation skills with a proven track record of success
Strong customer focus with superior levels of customer satisfaction
Capable of negotiating with C-level executives

What We Offer:

Gross salary: $100,000 - $120,000 monthly salary
