Job Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer with expertise in PEGA development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in PEGA development, Apache Tomcat app/web server, and support experience to provide On-call Support for customer issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with Agile teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Monitoring database performance and SQL tuning
  • Supporting Teradata BTEQ batch jobs
  • Managing File Listeners or Error Queues for API communication failure

Key Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in PEGA development
  • Proficiency in Apache Tomcat app/web server
  • Experience providing On-call Support
  • Strong understanding of REST services and Oracle/SQL
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile teams
  • Knowledge of monitoring database performance and SQL tuning
  • Familiarity with Teradata BTEQ batch jobs
  • Experience managing File Listeners or Error Queues for API communication failure
  • Excellent communication skills in English
