**Job Title**: Technical Support Specialist
**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation of our tools and equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain our tool inventory, ensuring that all tools are calibrated and in good working condition.
- Provide technical support to our engineering team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Work with suppliers to coordinate calibrations and ensure that all tools are properly maintained.
- Manage our warehouse, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored and organized.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in tool management and technical support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
