**Job Title**: Technical Support Specialist

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation of our tools and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Manage and maintain our tool inventory, ensuring that all tools are calibrated and in good working condition.
  • Provide technical support to our engineering team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Work with suppliers to coordinate calibrations and ensure that all tools are properly maintained.
  • Manage our warehouse, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored and organized.

**Requirements**:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in tool management and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
