About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through regular face-to-face meetings.
  3. Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers.
  5. Deliver value to customers while maintaining expected margins.
  6. Ensure timely completion of essential reporting and administration tasks.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of industry or direct customer experience.
  • Outstanding customer relations skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to deliver persuasive presentations to all levels.
  • Gravitas and business credibility are essential.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
