Strategic Sales Director

Reporting to General Manager, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our financial services sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial sector and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the financial services sector.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the financial services industry.
Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services market.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales department.
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to drive and motivate a team.
Proficiency in the use of CRM software.
