Key Responsibilities- Implement Bug Fixes and Coding Solutions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance, analyze, and resolve application issues
- Identify defects/discrepancies to determine the root cause by debugging or analyzing logs
- Improve application stability by observing patterns, recurring alerts, or issues for permanent fixes or automation
- Identify alerts/processes that can be automated and work with the engineering team to automate them
- Excellent Communication skills (English)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- At least 3+ years of experience in Core Java, J2EE
- At least 3+ years of experience in RDBMS (Oracle/Sybase/DB2/SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
- At least 3+ years of experience in application support, production support/L3 support, maintenance, and analysis
- At least 3+ years of experience in software development life cycle and ability to read and understand application logs
- At least 3+ years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. Experience in Financial Services domain
- Good exposure to Unix commands and Shell scripting skills
- Good experience with version control systems such as GIT, CI/CD Pipeline, Splunk etc.
- Advanced Oral English
- Native Spanish
