We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Legion. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including sponsors and decision-makers.
- Technical Support and Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations from assigned customers, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Configuration and Implementation: Translate customer technical requests and business requirements into Legion configuration updates, ensuring seamless integration and optimal technical operations.
- Operational Reviews and Planning: Plan, execute, and report on annual customer-specific operational reviews, including change management, administration assessment, and configuration review.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Ensure good customer-specific documentation hygiene for future reference and simple knowledge transfers, contributing to the Legion Knowledge Base for customers and internal teams.
- Key Account Metrics and Progress Reporting: Keep track of key account metrics for assigned accounts, communicating progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical Experience: 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or other relevant experience, such as implementing and configuring workforce management solutions.
- Customer Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with competing priorities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.
- Technical Skills: Strong root cause diagnostic capabilities, technical understanding of integration platforms, and proficiency in SQL development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills.
