About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to join our team at Infosys Mexico. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients on Oracle Cloud Financials.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on Oracle Cloud Financials, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial management needs and develop tailored solutions using Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services to clients.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Participate in production support projects, including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automation, and handling high-severity issues within SLA.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in Oracle Cloud Financials and apply this knowledge to improve client services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance, with a strong focus on financial management and accounting.
- Full bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working with Cloud version of Oracle Financials.
- Experience participating in production support projects, including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automation, and handling high-severity issues within SLA.
- Nice to have: experience with FAH and PPM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating with business and other teams on issues, enhancements, and projects.
- Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to clients.
