**Key Responsibilities**:

As an Administrative Assistant at Eastman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and general office duties. This includes typing, record and file maintenance, document creation, mail distribution, and telephone reception. You will provide administrative services to a middle to upper-level management position, typically a Director. Your day-to-day communication will be with peers and subordinates of your supervisor, with occasional contact with executive officers and clients. You will have an understanding of the content of the principal's job and method of operation, as well as the operations and procedures of the department and organization. This role typically requires significant administrative experience.

**Key Qualifications**:

You will have developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. This role is often entry-level for those with work experience in the skill area. You will work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. You will identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess each using standard procedures, and make sound decisions.
