About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Collaboration Analyst to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our Customer Service & Logistics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio, managing escalations and resolving issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives.
  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding, and promotional sales, driving decision-making internally and with customers to maximize service levels and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business and commercial objectives, supporting the improvement agenda and developing strong relationships with customers.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in Customer Service & Logistics, with a strong understanding of fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods companies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in SAP and MS Office.
  • Strong customer orientation, influencing, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering productivity, service, and KPIs.
  • A team player with a proactive approach, flexibility, and a strong focus on accountability.
