About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Technical Support Specialist** to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and solution support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  2. Implementation and Optimization: Plan and execute the implementation of high service quality through continuous improvements in operational processes, leveraging lean methodology and automation.
  3. Solution Ownership: Own Tier 1 customer solutions, enhancing solution stability and service quality to drive customer satisfaction, consumption, and adoption.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, providing guidance on collaboration challenges and communicating effectively with customers and BY stakeholders.
  5. Competency Development: Develop and demonstrate high technical expertise, product knowledge, and domain expertise, staying up-to-date with new features and functionalities.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer experience and solution support skills
  • Strong technical expertise in contemporary SaaS technical toolsets
  • Good knowledge of product features and functionalities
  • Ability to work in shifts and provide OOH support
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
