Inside Sales Specialist

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's sales goals by performing various complex tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Inside Sales responsibilities, including day-to-day business activities and customer requests in the AMER-LATAM region.
  • Renew Maintenance & Support contracts for all customers in the AMER-LATAM region.
  • Identify areas of upsell and assist the Sales team in closing deals.
  • Renew all SaaS business in the AMER-LATAM region.
  • Assist the Sales Team in processing quotes, purchase orders, and legal agreements.
  • Act as a point of contact to ensure smooth information flow between Finance, Sales, Logistics, Legal teams, and customers.
  • Organize internal team meetings and quarterly Sales meetings.
  • Prepare regular monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for the region.
  • Update and maintain information in Salesforce related to all customers and partners in the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales teams from other regions to identify areas of improvement and streamline processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a complex, virtual team environment crossing geographic boundaries.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and working independently without constant supervision.
  • Team player with a hunger to make a difference in the company.
  • Written and verbal English language at business level. Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent level of skills in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good level in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to speak in front of stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills in-person and over the phone and video.
