Key Responsibilities:- Review and enter customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and successful fulfillment.
- Manage orders from receipt and confirmation to successful delivery while anticipating and resolving potential issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Escalate issues or questions to senior team members to determine appropriate resolution and response.
- Provide feedback to our team on ways to improve our service and offering.
- 3+ years of customer service experience with an excellent track record at a world-class company.
- Google suite (i.e. Gmail, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) skills.
- E-commerce or retail experience is a plus (i.e. Shopify, working in a store, running an online business, etc.).
- Empathize and anticipate customer needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Being passionate about e-commerce, retail brands, and products.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Competitive salary.
- Full-time, long-term position.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.
- 10 days PTO + 9 days US holidays.
