Position Summary:

The Hispanic America commercial director is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing regional strategy. This role acts as an internal consultant to senior management related to the administration of Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc. branches in Mexico.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions of this role include but are not limited to:

  1. Overseeing the management team in Mexico
  2. Finding ways to improve the performance of the Mexico Branch
  3. Understanding of Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc.s compliance protocol
  4. Overseeing daily business operations
  5. Developing and implementing growth strategies
  6. Training and development of Mexico Management and staff
  7. Analyzing accounting and financial data
  8. Creating and managing budgets
  9. Improving revenue
  10. Evaluating performance and productivity

Sales Activity Identification:

  1. Work with managers to identify prospect cultivate and grow base of premier clients
  2. Exceed defined sales goals through strategic account planning networking and use of company resources
  3. Partner with senior Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc. executives to define optimal performance measurements and management priorities and identify opportunities for new sales
  4. Maximize Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc.s revenue and profitability potential by up-selling new revenue raising awareness of Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc.s broader portfolio of solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
  5. Participate in trade shows kick-off meetings major milestone meetings and other opportunistic events where senior decision makers are present
  6. Maintain thorough understanding of Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc.s solutions and tailor presentations to meet the needs of different types of businesses
  7. Assist top clients in developing business case and value proposition for proposed solutions
  8. Input and maintain all prospect and client activity
  9. Champion change to remain aligned with Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc.s vision goals the industry market and client needs
  10. Work closely with related divisions on executing business plan post-up on financial performance and key strategic initiatives to ensure we are utilizing these investments to meet our significant mid-term sales growth objectives

General Management Activity Identification:

  1. Oversee execution of Compliance's oversight activities including examinations monitoring and investigations
  2. Ensure the department's regulatory oversight programs meet their strategic goals and objectives
  3. Identify potential enhancements to procedures and workflow providing operational support to department functions as required
  4. Facilitate relationships with other departments Work with other departments to ensure compliance-related work processes are effective and efficient Make suggestions as needed
  5. Communicate information with relevant internal and external stakeholders including acting as liaison with relevant industry groups and other regulatory bodies
  6. Complete all performance management functions including effective coaching providing meaningful feedback and guiding staff in career development
  7. Actively participates in the Company's semi-annual Legal Compliance Committee meetings
  8. Supervises Administration and Planning Manager Sr. Sales and Marketing Manager Sr. Business Development Manager FA Center Manager FESG Manager and Service Manager
  9. Other duties as assigned
