Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Team in Guadalajara. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for executing sales strategies at retail stores.
- Develop and maintain superior relationships with Store Managers to successfully sell and execute our in-store vision.
- Provide Account Executives with excellent retail execution of our brand plans.
- Communicate competitive activity in our categories to the team's Account Executives.
- Work with customers to optimize and continually improve current retail operating systems.
- Share and reapply retail operations insights that improve our results within the team.
