Business Trainer for Sales Team Enhancement

At TK Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Trainer to support our dynamic and rapidly growing franchise network. This role will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales managers, as well as creating motivational programs to optimize sales performance.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid track record in HR training, especially in dynamic environments such as sales-driven or franchise-based organizations. They will be skilled in sourcing, attracting, and nurturing talent to build high-performing teams. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills that captivate and inspire their audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top-tier sales managers who will drive our company’s expansion and growth.
- Craft engaging onboarding experiences to equip new sales managers with the skills and confidence needed to hit the ground running.
- Design and implement training programs that elevate the performance and expertise of our sales team.
- Create inspiring motivational programs and incentive plans that keep our team energized, engaged, and consistently performing at their best.
- Continuously refine and elevate training content and processes to stay ahead of industry trends and meet our dynamic business needs.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our training initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and strategies.
