Airport Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Airport Customer Service Specialist to join our team at United Airlines.
**Job Overview:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience with our airline.
**Responsibilities:**
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding flight information, fares, and travel documents.
- Resolve customer conflicts and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Arrange for ticketing and other special services as needed.
- Notify customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules.
- Assist company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans.
- Operate computer terminal equipment to access, input, and retrieve information.
- Sell consultatively to meet sales targets.
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent education required
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid US Visa and Passport required
- Legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship
- Successful completion of an interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable attendance is essential for this position
