Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Autozone. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring seamless operations.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining store appearance, including cleaning of floors, shelves, and merchandise displays;
- Providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly;
- Assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise, including opening and closing procedures;
- Implementing planograms to optimize product placement and visibility;
- Handling cash transactions and operating cash registers accurately;
- Supporting inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- Basic math skills and attention to detail;
