About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless supply chain execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics capacities and related resources to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Proactively engage with key customers to establish and maintain best-in-class customer collaboration programs.
  • Guarantee top-quality products that meet Red Bull's premium brand standards along the supply chain.
  • Regularly review logistical networks to ensure planned sales can be executed without constraints.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
