We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless supply chain execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage logistics capacities and related resources to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Proactively engage with key customers to establish and maintain best-in-class customer collaboration programs.
- Guarantee top-quality products that meet Red Bull's premium brand standards along the supply chain.
- Regularly review logistical networks to ensure planned sales can be executed without constraints.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
