Key Responsibilities- GenAI Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive GenAI strategy for AWS Startups in Latin America, identifying opportunities and challenges for GenAI startups and mapping those needs onto Amazon's assets.
- Startup Engagement: Engage with founders and leaders of GenAI startups, understanding their technical and commercial challenges and opportunities, and mobilizing Amazon's assets to work on their behalf.
- Relationship Development: Develop and hold relationships with key influencers in the GenAI startup ecosystem, including venture funds, accelerators, university labs and programs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues across the global Startup Business Development, Marketing and Sales teams to better serve the needs of GenAI startups, and communicate the value proposition of Amazon's GenAI offerings.
- Thought Leadership: Produce GenAI thought leadership and technical-leaning content, workshops, and events for the startup ecosystem, serving as a technical evangelist and GenAI subject matter expert within AWS and externally.
- Strategy Development and Execution: Inform, influence, and contribute to the work of other GenAI-related colleagues across AWS and Amazon, including sales, marketing, business development, solutions architecture and product teams, and conceive, author, secure support for, launch and execute new initiatives and programs to meet the needs of GenAI startups.
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
