Job Title: Sales Manager LATAM

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager LATAM to join our dynamic team at JOBI. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the Latin America region to expand our customer base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities in the Latin America market.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients to showcase their value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, leveraging your strong negotiation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and expand our customer base in the Latin America region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Latin America market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record of success in sales.
