About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Professional to join our team at Alfa Laval. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy sector, leveraging your expertise in sales and process industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient heat transfer solutions to customers in the Refinery, Petrochemical, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning industries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacture of metal work industry with a proven track record in sales and process industries (O&G, Gas compression, pipelines, power, petrochemical, mining).
  • Strong understanding of CAPEX sales and process industries, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
