Technical Sales Support Specialist

About the Role
The Technical Sales Support role at Siemens Energy is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Sales Support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting in the preparation of documents in response to customer requests, ensuring the quality and accuracy of offer information, and coordinating with engineering and operations teams to ensure proposals are technically accurate and feasible.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background in engineering or a related field, with a preference for candidates who have participated in extracurricular activities or have internship experience. You will also need to possess advanced English language skills, as well as technical knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage administrative processes and systems.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Assist in the preparation of documents in response to customer requests.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of offer information.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure proposals are technically accurate and feasible.
- Work collaboratively with others to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with other support teams, including finance, to ensure proposals meet customer needs and company objectives.
- Assist in customer meetings to understand their needs and requirements.
- Assist in managing contracts and executing customer orders.
- Maintain and improve databases of the department.
- Help create and maintain supporting documents for sales processes.
