About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Executive to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. As a key member of our Country Value Team, you will be responsible for promoting hematology assets in the assigned territory, executing the business plan, and meeting or exceeding established sales goals and key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the complete patient journey, leveraging internal and external networks to ensure our treatment is available for patients.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and the administration of healthcare professional (HCP) panel.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, market access, and medical affairs to understand the patient journey, identify opportunities and hurdles, and develop a plan.
  • Visit healthcare professionals (HCPs) according to local policies, implementing an omnichannel strategy to deliver value and innovative solutions.
  • Distribute, execute, and control local micro marketing budget, focusing on activities that add the most value to the product.
  • Achieve Field Force Effectiveness metrics according to KPIs defined.
  • Provide follow-up and timely answers to external customers' needs and agreements.
  • Be a role model, working always in compliance according to our HCC policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Licenciatura
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles
  • Languages: English (Intermediate) & Spanish
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 3 years of driving experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles
