Spectal is a leading international company seeking a highly experienced Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key customer relationships to drive business growth and revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to commercial and operations teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Travel to customer sites as needed to build relationships and drive business growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company
- Proven experience in supply chain, 3PL, customer service, logistics/transportation, warehousing, reverse logistics, inventory management, and account management
- Experience dealing and managing key accounts, providing support to commercial and operations teams
- Conversational English is a must
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
