About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Oncology Executive to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for promoting our hematology assets in the assigned territory, executing the business plan established by the Country Value Team (CVT) according to our local compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete patient journey, leveraging internal and external networks to ensure our treatment is available for patients.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and the administration of healthcare professional (HCP) panel.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, market access, and medical affairs to:
    • Understand the patient journey from diagnosis, treatment, and access.
    • Identify opportunities, hurdles, and together with the MACm and CVT develop a plan.
    • Visit healthcare professionals (HCPs) according to our local policies, implementing an omnichannel strategy to deliver value and innovative solutions.
    • Implement plans rolled out during the PDA and FVT together with the CVT according to the strategy defined and with clear and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
    • Distribute, execute, and control local micro marketing budget, focusing on activities that add the most value to the product.
    • Achieve Field Force Effectiveness metrics according to KPIs defined.
    • Give follow-up and timely answers to our external customers' needs and agreements.
    • Be a role model, working always in compliance according to our HCC policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Licenciatura
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles
  • Languages: English (Intermediate) & Spanish
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles
