We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our Mexico team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our business strategy and ensuring the effective execution of our quarterly and annual objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize team performance, streamline processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Leadership Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to drive business results.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain optimal operating rhythms to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, meeting objectives and key results.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, leadership, and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience in fintech or a related industry is a plus.
