Sales Operations Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for leading Inside Sales responsibilities in the AMER-LATAM region. This includes dealing with day-to-day business activities and different customer requests. You will also be responsible for renewing Maintenance & Support contracts, identifying areas of upsell, and assisting the Sales team in closing deals. Additionally, you will lead the renewal of all SaaS business in the region and act as a point of contact to ensure smooth information flow between Finance, Sales, Logistic, Legal teams, and customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also need to be able to work in a complex, virtual team environment and have a proven track record of achieving goals and working independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also essential, as well as a good level of skills in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
