Our team is growth-oriented and seeks a highly motivated individual to join us on our journey from good to great. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business (Engineering degree with experience in Sales would be considered).

The successful candidate will possess 5 years of experience in the Automotive OEM/Tier1 industry and 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Automotive environment. A strong understanding of technical knowledge, including reading drawings and specifications, is also essential.

Able to lead and moderate meetings with customers (remote and in-person), take a leadership role in business negotiations, and deliver results while problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and self-motivation are required.

This position will be based in Mexico but require travel within Mexico and internationally approximately 20% of the time. A valid Passport and USA visa (if applicable) are necessary.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills:
