About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Business Development Senior Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shopper insights information flow to the LFM team, leveraging collaboration with DX teams and CT channel teams to understand client needs and develop hypotheses and recommendations based on channel business questions.
- Develop and maintain executive reports systems to monitor shopper/market insights variables, ensuring timely and accurate data analysis.
- Coordinate and assist with daily business activities, including administrative tasks, contact with agencies, and client interactions.
- Execute action plans based on analysis of various sources of information, such as Iscam KWP, Nielsen, Ilacad, and Euromonitor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, beverage, agencies, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze market and sales data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with clients and business partners.
- Interpersonal skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Nielsen/Iscam tool knowledge, networking skills, team management, and intermediate English (oral and written).
- Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), shopper knowledge interest, active listening, and resilience.
