Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients across various industrial markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of individual customer requests and drive them to completion.
  • Process purchase orders and quote requests while following the detailed contract review process to ensure requirements are flowing down to operational departments and executed according to customer's expectations.
  • Monitor and manage customer portals.
  • Work as a Customer Advocate with other internal departments to drive a fast resolution to customer needs.
  • Coordinate with finance on Customer accounts payable and accounts receivable issues.
  • Negotiate delivery schedules while considering customer needs and organization capabilities.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Advanced English skills (80%-90%).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and processes.
