At Bosch Group, we're shaping the future of technology and mobility. Our Document Control and Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless documentation and customer support for our products.

The successful candidate will have experience in document control and technical documentation, with strong skills in SAP and TCNG software. This includes creating and maintaining Bills of Materials, managing service BOMs, and establishing material numbers in CMD/R1P. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Job Functions:

  • Manage the creation of new Bills of Materials with input from the Product Development team
  • Development and creation of service BOMs (Bills of Materials) to support new product releases and changes
  • Point of contact for Service BOM and part development and creation between the Development and Service teams
  • Create and maintain material numbers in CMD/R1P for service
  • Establish, maintain and delete data on BOM's provided by the design engineers or based on approved engineering change orders
  • Establish new and maintain existing AETs for Cooking products
  • Participate and initiate data exchange for the engineering change review meetings
  • Experienced user in SAP and TCNG software and procedures
  • Support development and sustaining engineering departments at FCGNb and FCGF
  • Proficient in reading, correcting, and auditing BOMs

Requirements:

  • Four-Year College Administration or Industrial Engineering degree preferred
  • 5-7 years' experience in related fields, with 0-2 years direct documentation control experience required
  • Excellent computer skills, data entry skills, and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, TCNG, and database management software
  • Diplomatic skills and assertiveness, with good internal and external communication
