About the Role
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Part Time to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages, as well as advance technical support for in-house applications and developments.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support via phone, email, or other channels to customers with issues related to hardware, software, and other IT-related problems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior technicians or other support groups as needed.
* Document all interactions with customers, including troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of incidents and requests.
* Collaborate with other teams to identify and address root causes of recurring issues.
Requirements
* 6 months of experience in customer service or technical support role.
* Advanced English language skills.
* Availability to work 22.5 hours per week.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
