Commercial Sales Leadership Position

- A degree in finance or a related legal field is required for this position.
- At least two years of experience in commercial/business administration and contract negotiation are necessary.
- Your English proficiency should be at a professional working level.
- You must possess strong communication skills, be motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide commercial, financial, and contractual advice for offers.
- Review price calculations, terms, conditions, cash flow, risk assessment, etc. for every offer/project.
- Ensure that contracts align with the company's strategies and guidelines.
- Guide commercial handover from bid to project execution.
- Comply with and enforce protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
