Global Sales Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Expansion Specialist to join our sales team, covering CDMX, the state of Mexico, Hidalgo, Guerrero, Morelos, Puebla, and Tlaxcala states in Mexico.
Your Impact and Responsibilities
- You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in Mexico by executing our sales strategy and building a strong partnership with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and facility owners.
- As a dynamic local Business Developer, you will provide education and promote our fabric-based air distribution solutions, researching the market and generating projects for our partners.
- With a hunter ́s mentality, you will identify opportunities and demonstrate a competitive desire to win in the market.
- You will be responsible for all development and commercial activity in the assigned territory, including prospecting, visiting clients, requesting and sending quotes, communication with the technical department, tracking quotes, deal closing, and post-sales activities.
- You will also identify, evaluate, and incorporate new contractors, manufacturer representatives, consulting engineers, and wholesalers to expand our network.
- In addition, you will review projects in your territory, coordinate with the Inside Sales team and clients to ensure smooth sales execution, and actively participate in local industry events to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections.
- Maintaining and updating critical information daily in our CRM system (Pipedrive) for effective sales tracking and reporting is also an essential part of this role.

- You have an open and positive attitude towards everyone around you and love working with highly qualified subject matter experts.
- An advantage if you have proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, especially in technical or HVAC industries.
- You should also demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English, along with interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel 80% across the assigned territory for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and presentations.

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
