We are seeking a talented Program Manager to join our Amazon Marketplace team in LatAm. As a key link between the central team and LatAm business teams, you will be responsible for driving strategic operational initiatives that positively impact our Sellers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify gaps and pain points in existing processes and drive improvements with local and global teams.
- Analyze data to isolate issues, test solutions, and prioritize competing program opportunities.
- Set up performance mechanisms and track performance.
- Conceptualize and drive program changes.
- Drive adoption of internal mechanisms and seller-facing tools that drive long-term benefit.
- Address barriers through problem-solving and coordination with stakeholders.
- Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
- Create goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
- Communicate performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
- Incorporate benchmarks from local competitors and best practices from other geographies to define best-in-class customer experience.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
