About the Role
At Amazon Web Services Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V., we're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Support organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic technical guidance and advocacy to our customers, helping them achieve the greatest value from our cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on cloud architecture, migration, and deployment strategies.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business and technical needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud services and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical challenges and providing proactive support to ensure their AWS environments remain operationally healthy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and services, and apply this knowledge to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following: Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Networking, DevOps, Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data and Analytics, Application-level services, Serverless, and Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, within technical and business settings.
