Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and provide recommendations on configuration information to ensure optimal network performance.
- Collect and analyze customer network information to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of packet trace information to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement best practice deployment and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Provide direct technical support to customers via email and phone.
- Conduct weekly status conference calls with customers to report on open issues and projects.
- Develop and deliver knowledge transfer materials, such as webinars and workshops, to educate customers on network security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their technical needs are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in the network industry.
- Strong network security and routing experience.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Scripting and Windows server application experience.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and/or CISSP certifications.
