Logistics and Customer Service Manager

Eaton, a leading power management company, is seeking an experienced Logistics and Customer Service Manager to join our EPG LAC PQD Power Quality Division. This key role plays a critical part in ensuring effective Order Management and delivering exceptional Customer Services experiences.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, interacting with internal suppliers, customer service teams, and logistics departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Collaborate with internal suppliers to procure materials and components
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, validation, and shipment information
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet business requirements
- Analyze and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in a large manufacturing facility (150+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of international trade laws, Mexican customs, and supply chain management concepts
- Proficiency in MAPICS (creation of PO, inventory management, MRP) and other supply chain software
- Mentor, SIOP, APICS certification
