Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Parker Hannifin Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide sales support and training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and automotive OEM's and Tier I suppliers.
  • Proven track record of achieving results, managing multiple projects, and complying with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of adhesive technologies and experience in technical support areas is a plus.
