About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our LATAM team. As a key member of our commercial strategy team, you will be responsible for managing and developing an assigned territory to achieve sales and KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve SELLOUT goals and KPIs in assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing Departments to maximize sales potential.
  • Lead and inspire store managers and teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coach store staff on product knowledge, company background, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Extensive store management experience in a large organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales and KPI targets in a similar role.
  • Customer-centric and service-focused team leader with a target-driven mentality.
  • Strategic and solutions-focused manager with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure.
