Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Director of Client Support to lead our customer support team and drive exceptional service delivery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the customer support strategy to align with overall business objectives.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. They will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing talent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the customer support strategy
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer journey
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing customer support team
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large, distributed customer support teams and driving exceptional service delivery. They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
