Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and quality performance.
- Develop and implement coaching plans to improve agent performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Work closely with the Director of Service Delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure smooth operation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or equivalent environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
