Lead a high-performing team of Customer Experience Managers in Mexico, guiding customers to maximize value from Infor investments.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee customer success initiatives, drive strategic relationships, and optimize processes.

  • Build and manage customer relationships to facilitate feature adoption, new features, and product enhancements.
  • Manage milestones and transitions to drive process optimization planning and execution.
  • Guide customers through the lifecycle, from onboarding to post-live environment, and regular product updates and releases.
  • Foster engagement with Infor customer groups, communities, and events.
  • Mentor and coach CEMs working with various customers in the Americas.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a services role within software or high-tech industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing team.
  • Ability to manage critical customer issues with senior management.
  • Background in Customer Success Management or comparable role.
  • Account management, project management, or implementation management experience in software with executive levels.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Data analytics expertise to drive customer adoption and utilization of products.
Preferred Qualifications

Apart from the key qualifications, we also look for candidates with:

  • Experience working with Infor Products and software lifecycle.
  • Small, Medium, and Large ERP system implementation and maintenance experience.
  • Background in Maintenance Sales, Premium Support, or Managed Services organization.
  • Portuguese language skills.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a hybrid role based in Montes Urales Norte 505, Col Lomas de Chapultepec, 11000 Ciudad de México. We offer a competitive salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
