Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business analysis efforts for software development projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are met and project objectives are achieved, fostering a culture of open communication and transparency.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, driving process enhancements that benefit the organization as a whole.
  • Develop user stories and use cases to guide development, ensuring that software solutions meet the needs of our customers and patients.
  • Define and document project scope and requirements, providing clear direction for the development team.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering and analysis efforts for software development projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of the importance of collaboration and communication.
  • Knowledge of software development tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus.
