Drive Category Growth in a Profitable Manner

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Product Manager. This role involves delivering category growth while meeting topline targets.

This includes developing strategies to add brands and product selection to the Meal Essentials portfolio, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences at our MX store.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement plans to drive category growth in a profitable manner
  2. Analyze business opportunities and identify inefficiencies
  3. Develop solutions to improve operational processes
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead promotional events

Requirements
  • Experience managing large data sets to inform performance improvements
  • Proven experience in vendor negotiations, pricing, promotion, inventory management, and product development
  • Strong analytical skills with P&L ownership
  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $135,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding outstanding talent.
