Front Desk Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room inventory, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
